Jada Pinkett Smith Told Tupac Not to Beat Up Her Future Husband Will Smith

Last summer, Will Smith was trending heavily on social media, after Jada Pinkett Smith revealed on her “Red Table Talk” show that she used to mess around with August Alsina. She claimed that this was while she and Will Smith were separated, and to her, didn’t see anything wrong with what was happening.

Many know that Jada was very close with 2Pac back in the day. People suspected that they dated, but she and Pac maintained that it was a close friendship. During that time, Jada was with Will back then as well. Throughout the last five years, people also believe that Jada constantly thinks about Pac, and look at it as disrespectful to Will.

In a new interview with The Art Of Dialogue, Outlawz artist, Napoleon, recalled how Jada supposedly requested to Pac in the 90s to not beat up with Will. For Pac, this was something that through him off, because he didn’t see himself as a violent person.

“I remember when I first came around Pac, Jada Pinkett was in a movie; it may have been the first movie she ever starred in with one of the Wayan Brothers — I can’t remember the name of it. We went down to Atlanta and I’m a kid and I’m like, ‘This movie is boring as hell but Pac was just staring at the screen, just paying attention and really heavily involved in the movie … really focused! But the second time I probably heard him talk about her was when he went to L.A. and he was very upset. Pac came in the room, he was like, ‘Jada gonna contact me like and tell me: DON’T DO NOTHING to Will Smith!’”

Napoleon added that Pac was upset that Jada said that, and he had a lot of respect for Jada. Pac also supposedly just let the relationship between Jada and Will play out.

“He was offended when she asked him not to do anything to Will Smith from a standpoint not to be violent towards him. I think that just hurt him more than anything. Because he was like, ‘What do you think this is? I’m not walking around being this impulsive, violent individual. So I think that probably hurt his feelings at the particular time.”

Last month, Jada also posted a letter that Pac wrote to her. This post was uploaded on what would’ve been Pac’s 50th birthday. Flip the pages to watch Napoleon speak on Pac and Jada, along with the letter from Pac to Jada and Twitter reactions.
