Logan and Jake Paul are surprisingly some of the biggest attractions when it comes to boxing right now. Logan just got done fighting Floyd Mayweather in an exhibition match in Miami, and plenty of celebrities want to get in the ring with Jake, such as Lamar Odom and The Game (who actually wants a street fight).
Logan recently said in a podcast appearance with a bold claim about Lil Baby, which is that the Atlanta rapper will fall off as an artist over the next year. Baby is one of the hottest rappers out, as his “My Turn” album hit number one in the US last year, and also had a number one album last month with Lil Durk, which was “The Voice Of The Heroes.”
“I’ma say it right now, Lil Baby, he’ll pop up on my Spotify, I think [because he just dropped an album], I’m scrolling through and I can’t… I can’t get away from Lil Baby songs,” Paul explained. “And I’m all for the new artists but this one, in particular, I have no idea what he’s saying. I have none. And it all sounds the same, his tone is the same, it’s all the same. I give him a year.”
Baby is now responding on Twitter to Logan, as he tweeted “Logan who? More like give em a year to have 100ms.” At this point, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see Logan ask Baby to step in the ring with him. That would be very unlikely to many, as Baby has much bigger things to focus on, with the huge momentum he’s had as a star over the past year.
The Quality Control Music artist is also dealing with an arrest in Paris over a marijuana charge, as he was with James Harden for Paris Fashion Week this week. Many expect this to get resolved quickly, though.
