Trevor Bauer has been one of the most dominant pitchers in MLB over the last few years, as he took his talents from the Reds to the Dodgers this past free agency. He’s dealing with some very serious legal issues now though, as a woman has come out and claimed that she was sexually assaulted by Bauer.
A temporary restraining order has since been issued on June 28, courtesy of the Domestic Violence Prevention Act. This lasted 67 pages and contained disturbing photos of the injuries sustained by this woman, allegedly from Bauer. The star pitcher supposedly punched her in the face, vagina and buttocks. Bauer’s fingers were also supposedly forced into her throat, which caused her to lose consciousness.
Now, it looks like Bauer’s reps are making the push to clear his name.
Bauer’s reps released text messages to Larry Brown Sports from his accuser. Within the text messages, the accuser does say she wants to be choked out and says she was turned out as she lost consciousness. She agrees to be slapped in the face and wanting Bauer’s handprint on her buttocks.
LBS also reported they were given a deleted Tweet that the accuser sent to Bauer that said “Absolute diesel straight down the d–k kinda energy”.
The accuser stated in her complaint that what Bauer did to her was far beyond what she agreed to in the text messages and she has the hospital records to prove it.
Bauer and his accuser initially connected through Instagram DMs.
His accuser’s injury photos have been released as well as a text message from Bauer saying he is sorry about the injuries she suffered at his hands.
The cops, MLB, and the Dodgers are investigating.
