Details on FOX’s Plans To Bring Back Aqib Talib With Gus Johnson For This Season

Last season, Aqib Talib stepped into the NFL broadcast booth for the first time, at FOX. He was alongside Gus Johnson, and viewers were really feeling how good of a job that Talib was doing. Now, this duo will be back for the 2021 season, according to Jimmy Traina of SI.com.

FOX will have Talib and Johnson in “select games” this year, which will put them at broadcasting betwen 6-7 games. Johnson will continue to handle college football duties at FOX as well.

Talib was in the NFL from 2008-2019, as he won a Super Bowl with the Broncos, in the 2015 season. He was also a 5x Pro Bowler and a First Team All-Pro. He was also remembered for on field antics, such as snatching Michael Crabtree’s chain, like Debo from Friday.
