Rich Paul continues to be one of the best sports agents in the industry, as his biggest client has been LeBron James. Over the past week, though, he has been hit with a lawsuit by the Knicks’ Nerlens Noel. This is for breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and negligence.
Noel claimed that Paul and Klutch Sports cost him $58 million in possible earnings from 2017-2020. Kendrick Perkins weighed in on this on Twitter, as he doesn’t believe that Noel is telling the complete truth about Rich Paul’s alleged wrongdoings.
“Nerlens Noel needs to tell the truth about the situation with Rich Paul and make Happy Walters take that key out his back! Carry on…”
Now, Noel is clapping back at Perk, on Twitter, by sending screenshots of the details of the lawsuit, such as how he was never made aware of the Sixers wanting to re-sign him. Noel also sent Perkins a clown emoji to shut his take down. Perkins wasn’t done, as he said teams only want Noel on minimum deals, and he’s been playing himself.
