Warren Moon on Wanting To Talk To Deshaun Watson To Fix Issues With Texans

Deshaun Watson has been at Texans training camp, but it’s definitely an awkward situation. He still wants out, and still has over 22 lawsuits against him, regarding sexual misconduct. Watson has been making headlines for these legal issues since mid-March.

Now, one of Houston’s best players in franchise history, Warren Moon, who played for the Oilers, wants to speak to Watson about everything going on. He also added that Watson needs to finally get in the same room as management and ownership, to get finally get things situated.

“I think the only way this going to get somehow solved is they’re going to have to get in the same room together,” Moon explained during the Jake Asman Show on SportsMap Radio. “Mr. McNair, their owner, [Jack] Easterby the general manager and also their new general manager, they’re all going to have to be in the same room to figure out, ‘Where do we go from here and what’s the damage that’s been done?”

Moon also told TMZ Sports that he’s yet to speak to Watson, but hopes to do so soon, now that Watson is finally at Texans camp.

“I have not communicated with him lately, but I think I need to now that he’s in camp. And hopefully he’ll be available to do that because I know he’s kind of kept his camp very, very small since this whole thing happened which I don’t blame him for.”
