Soulja Boy has been success in his new strategy to keep his name relevant and alive in the industry this year. This is how he keeps claiming to be the first rapper to do everything first. The latest claim by Big Draco was that he purchased Atari, and became the first rapper to own a video game company.
“Atari reached out and I just signed a deal with Atari… I signed two deals with Atari… I’m the owner. The first rapper to own a video game company. We gonna take it to the next level… just like we did with Soulja Boy Game.”
Atari ended up denying Soulja’s claims this weekend, by saying on Twitter: “We know that CEO of Atari is a dream job, but that honor belongs to Wade Rosen.”
Soulja wasn’t feeling this at all, as he went off, and said that people “knew what he meant” by his ownership claims. He also added that Atari supposedly wanted him to “revamp their company” and started calling them pussies.
This summer, Soulja also went at it with Bow Wow, in a hit for hit battle, on Verzuz. He’s definitely done a great job in being able to get his name trending, and it’ll definitely be interesting to see who else he beefs with. Aaron Carter has already been wanting to fight Soulja in a boxing match, as Soulja believes he’d easily beat him.
