Josina Anderson was never appreciated at ESPN.
She should have been held in the same high esteem as Adam Schefter, considering she often broke more stories than him and had more direct connections with NFL players (Adam deals more with agents and teams).
Ironically, it was only after she left that ESPN pretending to care about the black women at the network, according to Rachel Nichols though that was all fake.
Anderson had been doing independent reporting (better than a lot of networks), but now she has a new gig according to Mark J. Burns.
NFL insider Josina Anderson, formerly of ESPN, has been hired by USA TODAY to help launch Sports+, the company’s new premium subscription product. Anderson will be a senior NFL insider.
Word on the street is Anderson secured a massive bag, and we hope that she is treated with the respect she deserves in this industry.
