Lil Nas X appeared to make an appearance on The Breakfast Club Thursday so he can promote his upcoming debut album, Montero and had a lot of memorable takes including mentioning how good his features would be, and he even reached out to Drake and Nikki Minaj.
He was then asked about his critics referencing his young fan when people express anger over some of his content. Nas X makes it clear the he doesn’t pander to no one.
“I feel like I used to [have a responsibility], but now it’s just like, ‘So? Like, f*** your kids,'” he said. “We really get one chance to do this — at least to my knowledge — I don’t know what happens when we die or whatnot. So it’s like, I’m not about to pander to your kids, or you. I even have to do this with my family members, like, because my family members may not always agree with what I’m doing or whoever I’m dating, they may not agree. But, it’s like…I honestly, really, truly wanna live by…this is our life.”
Seems like this statement is going to be added fuel to many of his hater to keep voicing their concerns over his music and videos. If there is one thing you got to give to him, he knows how to get his name talked about.
