We might not have seen the last of Tyron Woodley in a boxing ring.
He may have lost the fight against Jake Paul, but he had a big payday afterward.
$2 million, to be exact. That’s more than he earned for any of his MMA fights, and it would take a few fights to equal what he made for the fight against Paul.
Woodley, talking about the criticism he’s gotten for losing the fight but is keeping positive because of the payday, criticizes the MMA for how messed up their payouts are with all the work they put in.
He’s right, and it wouldn’t surprise me if we saw more MMA fighters take this route because the money isn’t anywhere near close.
