There are two UFC fighters that can’t stay out of trouble.
Jon Jones and Conor McGregor.
Because they are two of the most famous UFC fighters, there are never consequences for their actions. This isn’t the first or last time Conor McGregor will assault someone.
Conor McGregor has been accused of assaulting a DJ and leaving him with a broken nose during a party in Rome.
But musician Francesco Facchinetti has alleged he was punched by the Irishman as they partied in the early hours of Sunday morning at the five-star St Regis Hotel.
“The very famous McGregor, who punched me in the mouth, broke my nose in front of ten witnesses, his friends, and his bodyguards,” he said. “He attacked me without motivation as we talked for more than two hours, and we also had fun together.
“I trust in the authorities and in the Italian law. We welcomed him as a hero, and instead he’s just a bully of the worst kind … what a disappointment. He will also have 50 million followers, money and power, but I don’t care, I’ll go straight to the end.”
When McGregor is drunk these things tend to happen.
He just went after rapper Machine Gun Kelly at an Awards show.
Facchinetti says he plans to sue McGregor, who at the moment hasn’t been arrested. He also hasn’t made any comment on why he punched the DJ unprovoked.
Maybe there is more to the story, but this happens to McGregor so often it will be hard to believe whatever excuse he comes up with.
He has skated on jail time before, so he will likely get a slap on the wrist again, which will allow him to keep behaving the way he does.
We know Dana White doesn’t care because McGregor is his sacred cash cow.
