Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg seem to be preparing for their Super Bowl performance by releasing new music for the first time in a while.
Earlier this month, DJ Battlecat, in a post on Instagram, announced the ‘Aftermath Takeover,’ which includes new music from Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar, and Xzibit.
This is what he said in the post.
“P.S.A FROM twitter hmm. YIKES. JUST HIT THE PRESS FROM TWITTER POST. THOUGHT I GIVE YOU WESTCOAST HATTERS A GLOBLE WARNING. THE ROOF IS ON FIRE MF LOL. SHOW TIME. DON’T QUOTE ME IT JUST SOUND SO GOOD TO ME LOL.”
One of the groups that will release new music is the west coast supergroup, ‘Mount Westmore,’ a group which consists of Snoop Dogg, E-40, Ice Cube, and Too $hort, recently released its debut single entitled ‘Big Subwoofer.’ The group is also set to come out with an album, which Too $hort announced during their performance at a Triller boxing match.
This is excellent news for fans of any of these artists, and it gives us football and rap fans something to look forward to when Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg, along with Eminem, Mary J. Blige, and Kendrick Lamar, perform at Super Bowl 56.
