The Seattle Kraken, the NHL’s newest expansion franchise, has finally kicked off their inaugural season.
They started their year with a close but hard-fought loss against the Vegas Golden Knights, a team you could argue stands within the class of the Western Conference at this moment.
But it didn’t take long for them to reverse course and find their first win in franchise history, courtesy of a 4-3 victory over the Nashville Predators this past Thursday.
The team has some depth, but their ability to compete in what’s stood out to me so far. However, their play on the ice isn’t the only thing that’s stood out to me.
It’s their fans and their ability to throw down in the stands.
