Le’Veon Bell Has a Message For Everyone Who Thinks He’s Washed and a Bad Rapper After Cut From Ravens

Le’Veon Bell’s future in the NFL doesn’t look bright as he hopped on Twitter on Tuesday and sent out a classy message to the Baltimore Ravens organization following an announcement that he was being released following a rather short tenure with the team.

Former Pro Bowl running back Le’Veon Bell was waived by the Baltimore Ravens on Tuesday after struggling in five games with the team.

On Twitter, he wrote:

“This hurts, but it’s been a blessing to be here to say the least, i’ve enjoyed every second of this short period & gotta whole new meaning of what this city is like & it’s a great place to be  I appreciate Eric Decasta & John Harbaugh for the opportunity to be called an Raven.”

Bell then started listing a bunch of insults on his Twitter bio to replace his position and team affiliation. Bell listed:

“#washed, #FellOff, #slow, #wastedtalent, #clown, etc on his page before asking his followers if there was “Anything else I’m forgetting?”

Via Awesemo:

It sure doesn’t appear that Bell wants to hang up the cleats just yet. But it took injuries to both Gus Edwards and J.K. Dobbins for the Ravens to come calling. And even so, he wasn’t able to stick with the team through the end of the season.

For Bell, it’s unknown whether this marks the end of his eight-year NFL career. In his first five seasons (all with the Pittsburgh Steelers), Bell was one of the most prolific and versatile backs in the league, totaling 5,282 yards (third among all NFL running backs). After sitting out the 2018 season over a contract dispute, he never reached the same statistical heights and managed 1,193 yards combined over the past three seasons (40th among running backs).
