Social media star Lil Terrio has been documenting his weight loss journey due to an improved diet and an increased workout regiment. The viral star is said to have lost over 120lbs in two months. He is now 231 after weighing at one point 231 lbs.
Terrio’s team said his workouts consist of hitting the gym six days a week, sometimes twice in one day. He is also hitting a lot of high-intensity training to increase his heart rate up and to burn fat. He also switched up his diet plan, which includes high on protein and fiber and low on carbs. He eats mostly seafood and chicken as well as lots of fruits and vegetables.
The difference is very noticeable as you can see the hard work paying off. Terrio–who part of the reason he became so famous was that he was overweight, decided to make a life change after growing up and deciding to live a healthier lifestyle than the one he was living.
