Today news broke that Aaron Rodgers would be missing Sunday’s game because he caught Covid and is currently not vaccinated despite him saying he was back in August.
The mess just grew from then because it also came out that he had an alternative treatment instead of getting vaccinated.
According to NFL.com the treatment was a homeopathic treatment from a personal doctor that would raise his antibody levels.
“Rodgers received homeopathic treatment from his personal doctor to raise his antibody levels and asked the NFL to review his status. The league pointed Rodgers to the NFL-NFLPA protocols, which do not account for such an exemption for players. So, Rodgers remained subject to a variety of restrictions, including daily testing, mask-wearing and high-risk close contact protocol that would force him to isolate for five days based on interaction with a positive individual, even if he tested negative.”
Even if he thought that treatment would work in place of the Covid vaccine, he lied to everyone because he knew that’s not a vaccine and told people he was vaccinated.
Either way, he’s created a big mess.
