Dr. Dre Celebrates ONLY Having to Give Ex-Wife Nicole $100 Million of His $800 Million Fortune

Dr. Dre is finally a free man after a messy divorce settlement with his ex-wife Nicole Young. So how’s Dre feeling after dropping $100 million to Nicole in the divorce settlement? The Blast says that he’s thrilled paying Nicole only $100 million out of his $800 million fortune.

Nicole Young was demanding way more but the court in its wisdom threw out some of her ridiculous demands and got her $100 million from Dr. Dre’s $800 million net worth.

In return for the love they once shared, the “Straight Outta Compton” star has agreed to pay the former attorney $100 million — $50 million would be paid upfront while the balance would be given in 2022.

The “Bad Intentions” rapper has an estimated net worth of $820 million, but Nicole wasn’t getting half of these green bills because she originally signed a prenup — an agreement the media personality fiercely contested.

If the mother-of-two had settled last year, insiders believed the former lawyer could have gotten a bigger slice of Dre’s multi-million dollar pie.

Meanwhile, the record producer shall be keeping seven of the luxurious properties owned by the ex-spouses, including “the $100 million Brentwood estate, 2 homes in Calabasas, and 4 properties in L.A.”

The father-of-eight also has full rights to his master recordings, trademarks, and more in addition to all of their Apple stocks, including the profits received from the sale of Beats by Dre.

Given this unbelievable turn of events in Dre’s favor, it made sense that the Grammy winner was “delighted” to be free from his ex-wife without losing a fortune.

This is a good deal and Nicole Young should be grateful. After 24 years of marriage, you walk away with $100 million. That’s enough to set you up for life.

While it isn’t a loss per se for Nicole, since you should be able to live very comfortably with $100 million in the bank, she should have made it easier on herself if she would have just accepted the original settlement offer which I hear was more along the lines of $150-200 million.
