HS Basketball Player Carter Prenosil Faces 10-Years in Jail For Knocking Out Opponent in Handshake Line

Basketball is a fun game until the physicality becomes turns into fistfights and wild brawls.

In Iowa, a Nevada High School basketball player was attacked by a Carlisle High School student during the postgame handshakes.

The Carlisle boy caught him with a right hand, and it shows how far sportsmanship has come in high school basketball.

“Video footage showed the 17-year-old senior punch an opposing player in the stomach before striking him in the face and knocking him out after Tuesday night’s game in Iowa. The victim suffered a concussion and had to get four stitches in his mouth as a result of the attack,” per VladTV.

Iowa is a different breed, and it’s too late for them to enter the crazy state of the year award with incidents such as this.

The 17-year-old could face 10-years in prison if convicted. However, we knew he wouldn’t make it to the NBA or pull that with D1 NCAA athletes.

You have to wonder if Carter Prenosil has any boxing training because that was a sharp three-punch combination. First went to the body before two shots to the face that knocked out the kid on his feet. It is messed up the kid that got knocked out teammates didn’t immediately beat up Prenosil.

There is still no word on what provoked Prenosil to throw the punches.
