Pacers Justin Holiday Enter NBA’s COVID-19 Health & Safety Protocols

Since COVID-19 first struck in 2020 pausing the 2020-21 NBA season in March, a season later it’s still effective.

“Pacers guard Justin Holiday has tested positive for COVID-19 and entered the NBA’s health and safety protocols, according to a source in a position to know. Holiday has played in 250 consecutive games, the longest active streak in the league, but that feat will come to an end Wednesday when Indiana hosts Trae Young and the Atlanta Hawks,” per Yahoo Sports.

The Pacers are 9-14 overall and are trying to put together consecutive game winning stretches to get over .500.

Holiday is currently shooting 35% from the 3-point line this season and only shot 40% or better twice throughout his 11 seasons.

The Pacers will take on Trae Young and the Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday.
