Rapper Casanova Says VladTV Interview Can Clear Him in RICO Case

Rapper Casanova is currently behind bars waiting to be put on trial for his RICO case and has been in jail for a little over a year.

He has remained consistent and says he’s innocent and he continued that sentiment in a recent IG post to all of his fans.

Casanova thinks his past is being used against him in this case and are using it to crucify him in court.

Speaking from jail, Casanova says that if one of the higher-ups looks into his case he’d be home. He also posted the link to his lawyer’s interview with VladTV saying how weak the case is.

If you are curious about what Casanova is in jail for.

Brooklyn rapper Casanova is facing multiple new charges in the federal case against alleged members of the “Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation,” a superseding indictment viewed by Pitchfork confirms. The grand jury charged Casanova, whose real name is Caswell Senior, with attempted murder and assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering. He’s also facing new assault and weapons charges in addition to previous charges of racketeering conspiracy and narcotics conspiracy.

The superseding indictment states that “on or about October 24, 2020, in the Southern District of Florida, Southern District of New York, and elsewhere,” Casanova and Jayecee (real name: Jarrett Crisler, Jr.) “knowingly attempted to murder an individual and assaulted that individual with a dangerous weapon” and “shot at a rival gang member in Miami, Florida.”

He’ll get his day in court but is he really innocent?  We know the FEDs like to overcharge black men, but also I don’t think using VLADTV as a defense is going to help. If anything they will likely use VLADTV’s interviews against him during his trial, so he should be careful what he wishes for.
