Shirtless Cowboys Fan Challenges 49ers Fans to Fight and Gets Beat Up

A video of an angry fan taking his shirt off to fight during the Wild-Card game and getting beaten in the end by 49ers fans has gone viral on the internet. In the video, the fan was jumped by multiple fans and got beaten right after he took off his shirt to engage in a fight.

Total Pro Sports:

On Sunday afternoon, a bunch of Cowboys and 49ers fans showed up to a football game and a boxing match broke out several times.

Footage from inside AT&T Stadium showed one fan removing his shirt and ready to fight a section of 49ers fans. Since he wanted action, he got it when several 49ers fans came up and jumped him.

Cowboys were getting beat on the field and off it.

The abrupt end to the game and the Cowboys’ season prompted anger from fans, some of whom appeared to place blame on the game official responsible for spotting the ball on the final play. The Cowboys also drew 14 penalties for 89 yards, the most by a losing team in playoff history. As officials approached the exit tunnel after the final whistle, some fans threw debris from the stands that included empty and full drink containers.

One of the objects hit Cowboys defensive end DeMarcus Lawrence as he approached the same tunnel. Fortunately, it appears that nobody got hurt.

When asked about it Sunday night in the immediate aftermath of the loss, Prescott initially told reporters he was disappointed in the fans. That’s when he thought that fans were throwing things at players. When told that game officials appeared to be their targets, Prescott replied: “Credit to them, then.”

There is never a dull moment with the Cowboys, but for now it doesn’t look like anyone will lose their job over it. In fact, it is possible both Cowboys coordinators will get head coaching jobs.
