Twitter is trashing LeBron James over his Rams’ celebratory tweet while his own team, the Lakers, sit in 9th place in the Western Conference.
LeBron was very happy about the Rams winning the Super Bowl.
After weeks of postseason play, the L.A. Rams are now officially the 2022 NFL Champions.
And while most NBA players are busy preparing for their next game, many of them still had time to watch the Super Bowl and post their reactions on Twitter.
As a current Los Angeles resident, it’s no surprise that LeBron James was in attendance for the historic event and he was captured having a good time.
James is a known football lover, and since arriving in L.A., he has made a habit out of attending Rams games whenever he can. When Odell Beckam Jr. signed with the team, James was among the first to welcome him.
But Bron was not the only basketball guy to respond to the game.
Awesemo says that after the Rams win at the 2022 Super Bowl, LeBron James hopped on Twitter and tweeted:
“We, Dodgers and Rams should all do a joint parade together!!!! With a live concert afterwards to end it!! City of Champions 🏆🏆🏆💍💍💍. Congrats 🐏 once again!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥.”
Twitter folks think his tweet was uncalled for since his own Lakers are having a disastrous season, and they came hard at him.
It wasn’t a well thought out Tweet considering where the Lakers are in the standings right now and the fact they won their title almost two years ago. Many people don’t even consider it a real championship because it was won in a bubble. While I am not one of those people because all the teams had the same advantages and disadvantages of playing in the bubble, I think it is time to move on from that win and focus on the here and now.
