Californians Angrily Tell Jackson Mahomes Not To Step Foot In LA After He Says He’s Moving to Los Angeles This Summer

Californians obviously do not want Patrick Mahomes’ brother Jackson Mahomes in their State looking at how they are angrily reacting to his tweet announcing that he will move to Los Angeles in July this year.

In a tweet, Jackson Mahomes announced saying: “im moving to LA in July.” Just this tweet from Jackson has angered Californians and they are lashing him out on Twitter. They simply do not want him there.

According to Total Pro Sports:

Jackson Mahomes is not a happy camper this week.

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is enjoying some of his last few days as an unmarried man in Las Vegas, but one notable person was absent from the celebration. The former NFL MVP held a bachelor party dinner at Carversteak at Resorts World Las Vegas on Thursday, but his brother was nowhere to be found.

Once again Jackson doesn’t realize he is the root of his own problems. If he wasn’t such a jerk to people, then people would embrace him more. There is no way that a QB’s brother should be one of the most hated people in the NFL, but he is according to this study.

The graphic above is based on twitter data in the last month of the 2021-22 NFL season, tracking negative tweets for players, coaches, owners, and known associates of each team. For example, “I hate Aaron Rodgers,” “I hate Bill Belichick,” “Antonio Brown sucks,” “fire Roger Goodell,” “Jackson Mahomes is the worst,” etc. as well as some more “colorful” phrases and terms. Over a million tweets were tracked using search queries within twitter’s API.

With perennially “hated” players like Tom Brady and Ben Roethlisberger retiring, it seems NFL fans are looking for a new villain and may have found it in Aaron Rodgers, due to the off-field controversies that have surrounded him this season (vaccine scandal, potentially leaving Packers, relationship drama, and so on).

The top 10 based on negative tweets tracked were as follows:

Aaron Rodgers – 266850
Antonio Brown – 107379
Bill Belichick – 88482
Odell Beckham Jr. – 84399
Deshaun Watson – 75210
Jackson Mahomes – 71349
Tyreek Hill – 62379
Roger Goodell – 59731
Baker Mayfield – 51285

Also interesting to see Patrick Mahomes’ brother (Jackson Mahomes) and fiance (Brittany Matthews) making the top 20, as they have consistently been criticized this past season for their behavior at games and comments on social media. Is this a bit ridiculous? Of course, but people can latch onto some odd things with the internet, especially in regards to the NFL.

Do better Jackson.
