CJ Uzomah On If The Reason He Signed With Jets Was to Get Closer To Good Morning Football’s Kay Adams

Rumor has it that newly acquired New York Jets TE CJ Uzomah is dating Good Morning Football star Kay Adams and that it’s the reason why he was making a move to New York, but Uzomah is here to let everyone know that he isn’t dating Kay Adams and that the rumors are false.

Here is what CJ Uzomah had to say about the rumors of him dating Kay.

“I don’t know what DLinthe trenches is talking about. I’m not dating Kay. My decision to go to NY was not about anything other than what was in my best interest for me and my playing career. Respect you, Dave, but had to call this out when false rumors are spreading.”

According to him, his girlfriend isn’t happy about the wild rumors via Twitter.

My personal life is my personal life. My girl isn’t the happiest about these accusations, though.

Awesemo has more:

Uzomah signed a three-year, $24-million deal this week with $15 million in guaranteed money with the New York Jets.

The 29-year-old TE is coming off a career best year recording 49 receptions for 493 yards and 5 TDs.

Uzomah also helped the Bengals to their first Super Bowl game in over 30 years.

Imagine Uzomah’s girlfriend just sitting at home trying to figure out what the hell is going on. There is no word on what made the media guy start the rumor in the first place. Maybe he was just doing it for clout, or he was trying to be Batman and connect the dots of why Uzomah would want to go to the Jets.

Whatever the case, it was pretty irresponsible and made things uncomfortable for Uzomah, Adams, and Uzomah’s girlfriend.

There aren’t any concrete reports that Adams is dating anyone at this time, but even if she is, it is none of our business.
