Shelley Vaughn Arrested For Throwing Her Boyfriend Eric Adeson’s Dog Off Of The 7th Floor Balcony

People do some really wild things when they get mad in arguments with their significant others and this might be top 5.

A Florida couple, Eric Adeson and Shelley Vaughn, were arguing and Shelley apparently threw Eric’s dog over the balcony which was 7 floors up.

Yes, she threw a dog off of the 7th floor because she was mad at her boyfriend. Sadly, the dog died according to VladTV.

Eric Adeson and Shelley Vaughn had been dating one another for several months until a lover’s quarrel brought things to a squeaking halt over the weekend. As a result, Eric Adeson’s life may never be the same. During the heat of an argument in Adeson’s condominium, Shelley Vaughn threw his personal belongings off of the balcony before grabbing her boyfriend’s three-year-old pug, Bucky, and throwing him off of the balcony as well.

The dog fell seven floors all the way to its death on the pavement below. The heartbroken dog owner ran downstairs to clutch Bucky in his arms one last time as it slowly faded away. Adeson claims that Vaughn had been drinking and doing drugs moments before the violent act.

Although this incident occurred on Sunday, the Clearwater Police Department was unsuccessful in its attempt to apprehend the 46-year-old woman until Monday evening. Detectives charged Vaughn with aggravated animal cruelty, criminal mischief, and domestic battery, while her ex-boyfriend has already filed a civil lawsuit against her.

Shortly after her arrest, Vaughn was booked at the Pinellas County Jail in Pinellas, Florida. According to state law, the longest prison sentence for aggravated animal cruelty is five years and the maximum fine that can be dished out is $10,000.

If convicted, Shelley could spend 5 years in prison and have a $100,000 fine.  She should spend all 5 years in jail and pay her boyfriend the $100k.
