Ja Morant has fired back at people going after him and his father Tee Morant. Ja “received criticism for his recent in-game behavior, which has caught the attention of NBA veterans Draymond Green and Damian Lillard” and now, he’s had enough of the criticisms and firing back at them via Vlad;
Morant’s father Tee has also gotten a lot of attention while sitting courtside during Ja’s games, including when he sat next to his doppelganger, Usher. Tee also bluntly stated that Ja played like “trash” after the Memphis Grizzlies knocked off the Minnesota Timberwolves to advance to the second-round of the playoffs.
Now, both Ja and tee have gotten criticism online, which one Twitter user commented on. The user, who goes by @PranavSriraman on Twitter, wrote, “Hating on Ja Morant for being an active Twitter user just like you and having fun on the court is so weird but hating on his dad for just vibing, watching his son play basketball, and respecting other NBA greats is even weirder. Sports fans just want something to be mad about.”
The tweet caught the attention of Ja, who responded, writing, “f* em we ball.”
Somehow all this led to Drake possibly sleeping with man’s wife.
Let’s set the scene.
Drake was actually talking about how some in the mainstream media (mostly white men and women) have an issue with black fathers like Tee Morant and LaVar Ball. They feel they take up too much of the spotlight from their sons. Drake, like most rational people, disagrees with that sentiment.
After Drake commented co-signing that these black dads are awesome and he would be just like that even if his son were in a Rubix Cube competition, a man named Ceddy Bo told Drake his son probably plays with “Ghost Writers.” Drake has long been rumored to use Ghost Writers to help him with his songs.
Drake didn’t get mad, but he told Ceddy Bo he was about to follow his wife because she looked miserable and needed some excitement in her life.
The sad thing about it is even though Ceddy Bo laughed it off, his wife Toni Bowden seems to be flattered that Drake is in her DMs and sent him GOOGLY EYES.
