What would you do to your significant other’s ex if you got into an argument? Fight? Just argue? Nothing?
If you’re New Era Cap CEO Christopher Koch, you try to hit them with your car.
That’s what Koch allegedly did to his girlfriend’s ex husband John Flynn and he’s being charged for it now according to TMZ. The two men reportedly got into an argument and when Flynn got out of his car to approach Koch, Koch stayed in his and proceeded to try and hit Flynn with his car.
He didn’t hit him but he did injure his hand when he jumped out of the way.
Koch has been charged with first degree reckless endangerment which is a felony and faces up to 7 years in prison.

Mr. Koch focused his efforts on positioning New Era as a global lifestyle brand upon being named president in 1993. Also that year, he was instrumental in securing the first deal with Major League Baseball to become the exclusive supplier of on-field caps for the league – a first for the industry.
