According to reports, rapper Casanova allegedly took a plea deal after someone snitched and named him in crimes in the federal case. He is “facing charges related to alleged gang activity with the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation.”
Vlad got the details;
Now, Rolling Stone is reporting that cooperated with federal authorities and testified about illegal activity that Casanova was allegedly involved with. Assistant U.S. Attorney David Felton pointed to a social media post of Casanova standing next to a large quantity of marijuana, and a witness claims that they saw Casanova receive “shipments of large quantities of marijuana.”
Felton also alleged that direct messages showed Casanova was a member of the Gorilla Stone Nation, and one member stated that the rapper always carried a gun on him. Casanova is also accused of firing a gun during a dispute over a poker game. Felton then also alleged that “Gorilla Stone members saw [Casanova] and his rap career as a way to make money and increase their status among other Bloods sects.”
Casanova is now facing between five to 60 years in prison on the charges. He is expected to be sentenced on December 6.
Snitches everywhere.
Casanova has stated before how people have done him dirty.
Rapper Casanova is currently behind bars waiting to be put on trial for his RICO case and has been in jail for a little over a year.
He has remained consistent and says he’s innocent and he continued that sentiment in a recent IG post to all of his fans.
Casanova thinks his past is being used against him in this case and are using it to crucify him in court.
Speaking from jail, Casanova says that if one of the higher-ups looks into his case he’d be home. He also posted the link to his lawyer’s interview with VladTV saying how weak the case is.
