Mississippi weatherman Ethan Bird while giving a 10-day forecast had to roast the Dallas Cowboys. According to the New York Post;
On Monday, Ethan Bird of WTOK-TV in Meridian, Miss., took his opportunity to get a quick dig in on the Cowboys during the live broadcast. What started as a regular 10-day forecast, quickly turned into savage roast of the NFL team.
“It’s looking a little bit like those Dallas Cowboys, peaking in the 90s,” Bird said of the upcoming weather.
Bird, a sports anchor and occasional weatherman for the station, has received plenty of attention for the clip.
“This is why you don’t let the sports guy do weather,” he tweeted with a crying laughing emoji.
Even though they are getting clown, they are coming into the season much healthier.
A year ago, Dak Prescott was not fully cleared to take part in the Dallas Cowboys’ minicamp as he worked his way back from a compound fracture and dislocation of his right ankle.
Now?
“I think I’m so, so much further along than I was last year at this time,” Prescott said. “I mean just being able to get the team reps, being able to move more, take care of my whole body and just focus on everything and not just my leg is a huge difference.”
While he weighs the same as last year, 228 pounds, Prescott said he is as lean as he has ever been.
“People tell me that [he looks leaner], I say thank you,” Prescott said. “It’s a product of working on everything and not just on my leg. Whether it be diet or whatever, just focused on every way I can get better.”
At Mississippi State, he joked he was a “meathead,” and had mandatory meals at Taco Bell and McDonald’s during the week. While he has not totally cut out fast food, he has altered his diet the past two years.
“Just training a little bit different, doing a lot more rotational things that I think dropped some of the baby fat, I guess, off,” Prescott said.
