Colin Kaepernick Could Sign With Browns if Deshaun Watson is Suspended for a Year

This would be a completely #Browns move. Totally screw up by paying the Predator massive amounts of guaranteed money, and losing multiple draft picks. Then sign Kaepernick, thinking it's a great PR move to smooth over the irate fans 😂
