The 67-year-old man Wendy’s employee named Antoine Kendrick sucker punched has died and according to reports, Antoine has been charged with murder and will face the law.

Following the vicious sucker punch delivered by Wendy’s employee Antoine Kendrick to an elderly customer after a dispute, the 35-year-old was charged with one count of aggravated assault.
Since then, Kendrick’s 67-year-old victim has died from injuries sustained from the attack thus resulting in a raised charge of second-degree murder.
In the video that went viral early on, Antoine Kendrick was captured on camera sucker-punching the elderly man knocking him to the ground in the end.

An Arizona Wendy’s worker is facing assault charges after he sucker-punched a 67-year-old customer in the head after he complained about his order.
Surveillance video shows the moment Antoine Kendrick, 35, comes out from behind the register and punches the customer, knocking him unconscious. The elderly man then falls to the ground.
Kendrick looks at the victim as he lies on the ground before then walking behind the counter, grabbing a few items and walking away.
The alleged assault occurred on July 26 at the Wendy’s in Prescott Valley.
The unsuspecting customer was licking his frosty when Kendrick came from behind the counter and punched him in the head.
Police told AZ Family the man hit his head and was knocked unconscious as he fell to the ground. The victim was life-flighted to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
Kendrick was arrested and charged with one count of aggravated assault.
Looks like he will be going to jail FOR LIFE now. All over some fries.
