It’s always weird when your friend or coworker starts to date your ex.
SNL star Kenan Thompson is going through that now.
He and his now ex-wife Christina Evangeline officially ended their relationship in May, and she has moved on. With his SNL co-star Chris Redd according to TMZ.
Sources close to the couple tell TMZ … Christina and Chris became official within the past year, and there was no overlap or cheating when it happened.
It may seem weird, but Kenan reportedly is good with it and has no hard feelings. Especially since he and Evangeline unofficially ended things in 2019, it’s not like they just broke up.
One of two things is happening.
Either Kenan has a new baddie, so he doesn’t care who his ex-wife is dating, or Kenan was so miserable and knows how bad she is that he knows that his co-star is about to suffer through some pain he is glad he no longer has to deal with.

The 44-year-old comedian – who shares seven-year-old Georgia and three-year-old Gianna with his estranged wife – filed the documents in New York last month after announcing their split in April.
Kenan and Christina have agreed to share 50/50 custody as they are still living close to each other in the Big Apple to make the custody agreement easier, especially for the kids, according to sources from TMZ on Wednesday.
Their insiders claim that the split between the couple married for 11 years, 15 total as a couple, happened due to the former couple growing apart as the years in their relationship progressed.
According to TMZ’s sources back in April, the two had actually been separated for over a year as they co-parent their two daughters.
The two grew apart over time but are still able to remain great friends as they co-parent according to the publication at the time.
