Michael Irvin has shared a story of how he broke a teammate’s jaw and bashed another in the head with a tray over a steak. Don’t joke about steak because people can kill for it.
According to TPS;
Michael Irvin is a wild man, and you should be able to tell that by the way he acts when the football season comes around and he tries to convince people that the new season will be different with the Dallas Cowboys.
Before his hall of fame career with America’s Team, Irvin was tearing up the field with the University of Miami.
Just recently, the 56-year-old sat down with Warren Sapp to talk about various things.
One of them was a time he broke a teammate’s jaw over him turning off his music. He did this despite his coach stating how he wanted no fighting between teammates.
The next story was him bashing a tray over the head of another teammate over a steak.
Irvin is both an NFL and Miami Hurricanes Hall of Famer. At the college level, he was a national champion and first-team All-American during the height of Miami’s rise to fame in the 1980s. He had 2,423 receiving yards and 26 touchdowns in three seasons with Miami.
You could probably talk to Michael Irvin for 8 hours straight about all the things he has gotten into in his life. I am surprised a documentary or movie hasn’t been made about his life yet. Just his time with the Cowboys and Hurricanes you could probably make into a 10-part series, and I would watch every single minute of it.
These aren’t even the craziest stories we have heard over the years from Irvin. If you do some googling you will find so much more.
