Jalen Hurts on If He Believes The Giants Have a Bounty Out on His Shoulder

The Eagles had the week off and got to see who they’d be playing in the divisional round of the playoffs, and they landed with the Giants.

The week off helped them get a little healthier, and it particularly helped QB Jalen Hurts, who is dealing with a sprained throwing shoulder. He knows, his teammates know it, and the Giants know it.

That could cause the Giants to focus on that shoulder when they play but Hurts says he isn’t worried about it. Head coach Nick Sirianni said that Hurts is feeling better via ESPN and that he was a full go in the Tuesday walk-through to get ready for their division rival.

Hurts echoed that statement and said that he wasn’t worried about a bounty the Giants could have on him.

“It’s football. I’ve got a bounty on me every week I go out there on the field,” he said. “So, I’m going to go out there and just play my game, and whatever happens, happens.”

His teammates also said they have his back. It should be a good game, and the fact that it’s a rivalry makes things even better.

The Eagles are the #1 seed, but the question is, did they peek too soon? They lost 2 of their last three games. Hurts looked a little rusty in his return to the lineup, but they did have the bye week, so that they will be healthy.

They beat the Giants twice this season, but this Giants team is riding a massive wave of confidence, and if Daniel Jones can keep playing like a PRIME Lamar Jackson, they will have a legit chance of beating the Eagles even though they are solid underdogs.

Who do you think will watch this divisional and now playoffs matchup?  A lot of people think there will be an upset.
