Love Island’s Gabby Allen is promoting a new dance challenge and the icing on the cake is showing off her body in a white bikini. Damn! She is fit. The Daily Mail got more;
Gabby Allen showcased her incredibly chiselled figure in a white bikini as she flexed her muscles on Instagram on Wednesday.
The Love Island star, 30, proudly showed off her ripped abs and arms as she posed up a storm for the sizzling video on her balcony.
The reality TV personality went makeup-free for the clip and swept her long blonde hair up in a chic bun while posing on a towel.
Gabby was promoting her new six-week fitness challenge, and admitted she can be a ‘horrible crazy b***h’ when it comes to planning her sessions to make sure she pushes people out of their comfort zones.
The fitness instructor also puts her sensational figure down to nutrition and working out as it’s important to ‘know what the hell to eat’.
She wrote: ‘Where to start? Half of the battle is finding an exercise/workout type you enjoy. The other half is nutrition and what the hell to do with it. I will give you both!
‘Of course other things come into play, but two common deciding factors on whether you stick to something are whether you actually enjoy the movement even though you’re sweating your balls off, and knowing what the hell to eat.
‘The reason I have tonnes of returning members is predominantly because they have found their love of exercise through my classes.
‘I offer so much variety that it keeps it fresh and exciting. We get the job done but we have fun with it.’
She insisted: ‘Don’t be fooled, the sessions are hard, I can be a horrible crazy b***h when it comes to formatting my sessions but it’s all for your own good.
‘Whilst you may hate me for that 40 seconds burpee interval, or the one minute Sit Up AMRAP or the 30 second squat hold… you will LOVE me for it after. It becomes addictive. You’ll want more!’
Gabby added: ‘Once you’ve got the initial “I cant’s” out the way (because YOU CAN AND YOU WILL), you will soon come to realise what you can actually do, or have the potential of doing eventually.
‘Remember, I wasn’t born into a 10 mins plank hold – I had to work for it. We all have to WORK for what we want.
‘But there is no reason why we can’t have some enjoyment in it too. And if I can promise you one thing you’ll get from my January Challenge. It’s that.’
