Sauce Gardner, Garrett Wilson, and Breece Hall all had tweets making it seem like the Jets deal with Rodgers was already done. It wouldn’t be a big surprise if the deal was already done before free agency really got started considering how hard Sauce and the other members of the Jets were recruiting Rodgers.
For now, we wait to see if they will have to delete their celebratory tweets.
