A video of a stripper coming out of a fire truck has sparked wild reactions on the socials. The question is what was the stripper doing in the truck in the first place? Was she being patronized by the firefighters in the truck?
The Daily Mail got the juice;
The San Jose Fire Department chief said the stripper who was filmed exiting a firetruck in 2022 had requested a ride around the block, which was initially refused.
Chief Robert Sapien Jr. said in a statement that his firefighters are being disciplined after an internal probe into the viral video of the ‘unauthorized female’ climbing out of the truck.
The firefighters told the woman they could not give her a ride but later relented and drove her around the block, Sapien said.
The fire chief said he is now working with other managers and city executives to discuss repercussions and the reinforcement of ‘professional conduct expectations.’
‘I have initiated dialogue sessions with senior and middle management to reinforce professional conduct expectations, a process that will continue through all department ranks,’ the fire chief stated.
According to Sapien, the truck had initially made its way to the Pink Poodle Strip Club to transport an ‘unauthorized man’ from the fire station to the club, where he worked.
In a statement to KRON4, city officials confirmed the fire department had not received a service call to the club that night.
The fire truck left the station at 9pm and arrived at the Pink Poodle at 9.06pm.
An investigation revealed that the woman’s ride had finished by 9.10pm.
After the truck left the Pink Poodle, which boasts that it is ‘San Jose’s only all-nude strip club,’ it stopped near AJ’s Restaurant and Bar at 1111 Auzerias Ave for two minutes at 9.14 p.m. It was allegedly back at the fire station at 9.20pm.
‘The use of a City vehicle to transport unauthorized passengers violated City and Fire Department policies, including the City’s Code of Ethics and Use of City and Personal Vehicles policies as well as the Fire Department’s Ride-Along Program,’ the statement said.
‘Additionally, taking the fire engine outside of the area to which it is assigned without being dispatched to a call for service violated City and Department policies, including the Fire Department’s Policies and Procedures for Leaving First-In Response Area,’ it continued.
In March, the fire chief said he was calling for strict discipline for all of those involved.
Sapien called it ‘highly detrimental to the confidence and trust of our community and workforce.’
It’s unclear what disciplinary actions have been taken against the firefighters.
The San Jose City Manager’s Office told Fox News Digital that ‘discipline is a confidential personnel matter.’
The investigation was first launched after a video was shared online by San Jose Foos Instagram account.
The short video shows a bikini-clad woman exiting the truck and walking toward the club.
‘Only in San Jose do you see a stripper come out of a fire truck,’ the Instagram post said.
