The Ocala Police have busted one woman named Danielle Liles for allegedly stealing over $760K in organized fraud. According to the report, she wrote herself unauthorized checks amounting to over $766K.

The Ocala Police Department (OPD) arrested a woman for allegedly writing herself over $766,000 in unauthorized checks.
According to Ocala Police, they arrested Danielle Liles for writing herself paychecks from an organization she had been working for since 2002.
According to police, the executive director of Silver River Mentoring and Instruction reported that the organization’s business manager had been stealing money since 2016. The business manager also told police that Liles also admitted to committing fraud due to the business having an upcoming financial audit meeting.
According to the police department, during the meeting, Liles admitted that she had been giving herself extra paychecks since 2016.
After further investigation, police concluded that she wrote 137 fraudulent checks to herself adding up to more than $766,000.
On Tuesday, Liles turned herself into the Marion County Jail. She was charged with felony organized fraud.
