IG Model Kelly Kay claims that she has a baby with the late Oregon Ducks star Spencer Webb’s child and now, she is being asked to take a DNA to prove her wild claims. Apparently, there are doubts about her claims and only a DNA test can settle everything.
According to TPS;
Kelly Kay, whose late boyfriend, Spencer Webb, died in a rock slide accident, became a mother after his death.
Webb was a junior tight end for the Oregon Ducks at the time of his death, which occurred after he hit his head on a rock while on a steep trail close to his college campus. A month after his death, Kay announced that she was pregnant with Webb’s child.
Not everybody thinks that child belongs to him.
On March 31, Kay announced the birth of their son with a post shared on Instagram. which included photos of her holding her newborn in her arms.
This month, Webb’s family stated they want proof that the late Oregon tight end is the father of Kay’s child, per the Sacramento Bee.
Webb played in 11 games for Oregon last season and was expected to be a starting tight end next season. He had 13 catches for 87 yards and a touchdown. In 2019, he had 18 catches for 209 yards and three touchdowns in nine games.
The tight end was 22 when he died.
It is getting messy.
“Our family has tried to focus on our grieving process since the passing of our brother, son, and nephew. We grieve both individually and as a family, trying to cope with this tragedy. In the first hours after Spencer passed, and only a few days after they met, Kelly began talking about the possibility of being pregnant,” the Webb family said in a statement to the outlet.
“Since Spencer isn’t able to handle this situation himself, we have tried to navigate this sensitive space as a family. That being said, our family has doubts and concerns regarding the paternity of this child for a multitude of reasons. Until this point, we’ve remained silent in hopes that a DNA test would confirm Spencer as the father.
“Unfortunately, Kelly has been unwilling to compromise regarding the manner in which the DNA test is collected. Due to the inability to agree on a suitable DNA collection process, we wanted to put together a statement and timeline to help provide the family’s perspective on these circumstances.””
Here is the Timeline the family provided.
