LSU’s Angel Reese is getting a lot of NIL money.
She is just starting to see the fruits of their labor as she turns 21.
Angel Reese will be styling and profiling around Baton Rouge, even more so than normal.
The star LSU women’s basketball player, fresh off a national championship, revealed that she got a brand new Mercedes-Benz for her 21st birthday.
“BIG BODY BENZ BARBIE!” Reese wrote on Twitter, with eyeball, heart, and celebration emojis.
“Why not get a new car when it’s your 21st birthday week???
“Thank you @mercedesbenzbatonrouge for helping me purchase my NEW CAR!! I wouldn’t be the BAYOU BARBIE without @matchpconnect @bayoutraditions #BAYOUBARBIETURNS21 #GODDID.”
Reese drew controversy when she hit Iowa star Caitlin Clark with the John Cena “You can’t see me taunt” as LSU was closing out the Hawkeyes in the national championship game last month.
The LSU star was unapologetic for the trash-talking, saying Clark’s previous disrespect towards opponents motivated the gesture.
“I was waiting,” Reese said on ESPN after the game. “Caitlin Clark is a hell of a player for sure, but I don’t take disrespect lightly.
“She disrespected Alexis [Morris] and my girls, South Carolina, they’re my SEC girls too. Y’all not going to disrespect them either.
“I wanted to pick her pocket, but I had a moment at the end of the game, and I was in my bag. I was in my moment.”
Reese also was aghast that first lady Jill Biden floated the idea of inviting Iowa, the loser of the game, to the White House.
Angel Reese saw her social media followers rise by over 50% after doing the John Cena to Caitlin Clark. She also gets several more sponsorships that afford her the money to buy the Benz.
It looks nice; I am sure she will enjoy it; just be careful because they will rob anyone in Louisiana.
Flip the pages for the thirst traps photos and the Benz.
