The Cavinder Twins Halle and Hanna didn’t go easy with their appearance for the just-ended ESPY Awards last week, they made sure to show their love for gowns after months of wearing skimpy dresses and bikinis.
The 22-year-olds are no longer playing basketball, both have decided to switch to WWE. However, that didn’t cease their 2023 ESPY award invitations, and they showed up in glittering dresses so well that their followers couldn’t have enough. Making sure that they did everything almost the same, they wore the same fabric and style with just different colors of white and brown, and they sure did some steamy look with a wide path in the dress.
According to the New York Post;
The “fashion police” of TikTok have spoken, and they’re “obsessed” with Haley and Hanna Cavinder’s glamorous ESPYs style.
Shortly before the social media sensations hit the red carpet for the 2023 ESPY Awards in Los Angeles on Wednesday, the 22-year-old siblings took to TikTok to show off their sparkly gowns for the big night.
“When you retired from basketball but still get to go to the espys,” the former University of Miami athletes wrote over a clip that featured Haley in gold and Hanna wearing white.
Moments after the video went live, some of the Cavinders’ 4.5 million TikTok followers began weighing in on their ensembles.
“I’m obsessed with these dresses,” one commenter wrote.
Another fan responded, “You both look amazing.”
You look so good !!! ahhh !!” a separate user exclaimed.
Leading up to the annual event, the Cavinders — who became top NIL earners while playing basketball at the University of Miami before graduating in May — teased their ESPYs styles on social media.
“ESPY dresses have arrived,” the sisters posted on their joint Instagram account earlier this month, which featured a pic of a garment bag from British womenswear designer Nadine Merabi.
It’s been an exciting few weeks for Haley and Hanna, who recently moved into a two-bedroom apartment in Fort Lauderdale.
In a new YouTube video, the siblings gave fans a tour of their “dream place,” which boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, an open living room, a modern kitchen and a wrap-around balcony.
The Cavinders have been making some major life changes as of late.
In April, the siblings announced they would be forgoing their fifth year of eligibility in order to focus on NIL deals and other opportunities.
That same month, Haley and Hanna teased a “new chapter” with the WWE, with whom they signed a NIL deal in 2021.
The duo seems to be living the dream of every young athlete with fame and money at their disposal. Hopefully, they hone their new skills enough to last and make an impact in the sports world.
