It is safe to say Jordan Poole was bullied by his former teammates from the Golden State Warriors, particularly Draymond Green.
Draymond and Poole’s misunderstanding escalated to the point that Draymond punched Poole during one of their arguments. Reports say many of the Warriors find Poole boastful and arrogant, hence picking on him several times. However, Poole is ready to let the sleeping dog lie, so when asked about the infamous punch he received from his former teammate, Poole’s response was simple, “We’re in Washington now.”
According to TMSPN;
Prior to the start of the 2022-23 NBA season, Jordan Poole was physically assaulted by his now-former teammate, Draymond Green.
In a recent trade, the Golden State Warriors decided to part ways with Poole and instead acquired the experienced NBA All-Star point guard, Chris Paul, from Washington. Naturally, NBA fans are eager to uncover the details surrounding the altercation between Poole and Green.
What events transpired to lead to the punch? And how did their relationship evolve following the incident? Unfortunately, Poole is choosing to remain tight-lipped about the matter. When asked about Draymond Green, the Washington Wizards guard simply responded with, “We’re in Washington now.
As the Wizards are currently in a rebuilding phase, they are hopeful that Poole can assume a leadership role within their young and developing team.
Poole is likely grateful for the opportunity to have a more significant role away from the Warriors, and particularly away from Green.
Jordan is choosing to leave the bitterness behind and explore his new opportunity, which is impressive. At 24 years old, he has so much more to live for than focusing on a few bad situations.
