It’s been a couple of years and Paul Pierce’s infamous IG live stripper video is still following him around.
Just a refresher, while working for ESPN and on his off day/night, Pierce was at a party and had been drinking when he decided to hop on IG live. There were plenty of strippers in the room who appeared on the live and Pierce was just talking to commenters and even telling some to come through. After the video went viral, ESPN fired Pierce.
2 years later he’s still getting questions about it.
While appearing on Fox’s new show “Stars on Mars“, show were celebrities from various areas of expertise compete in missions at a base camp that simulates life on Mars, Pierce was asked about the incident by former cyclist Lance Armstrong.
He says a lot of alcohol was consumed and that the whole thing was an accident and that led to him going live. Saying it wasn’t as big of a deal as most made it to be. He also says there’s a silver lining in everything.
Pierce is probably tired of getting questioned about it though.
