29-year-old NFL star Tyreek Hill was in the middle of a public altercation last week after he attacked a boat employee in broad daylight in Miami.
After being separated and being led away, Hill was seen trying to free himself to go and attack the man back, but his friends were strong enough to save him from further humiliation. Fortunately for the baller, his victim refused to file charges against him and claimed he wasn’t being enticed to do so.
Surveillance footage of Dolphins star Tyreek Hill’s interaction with a fishing boat employee in June has surfaced.
The video shows Hill being led away from the boat company worker by a friend, but as he passes the man, Hill takes a swipe at him. After being led away, Hill appears to try to go back toward the boat employee, but a group of his friends surround him and deter HIll from the area.

This comes after police revealed on Wednesday (July 26) that no charges would be filed. A statement was also released, which reads: “The individual who would have been termed a victim if there had been a filed case, came into the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, met with Assistant State Attorney Robert Fiallo and signed a notarized Non-Prosecution Form indicating that he did not wish to press criminal charges. On the form, he also indicated that no threats, promises, or coercion played a part in his decision.”
A spokesperson for Hill and the alleged victim told ESPN’s Adam Schefter on Monday they’d reached a settlement.
Hill also appears to want to move past the situation, as he told the press on Wednesday, “I just can’t make bonehead mistakes like that.”
In this era where minor misunderstandings such as this lead to death, it is disappointing that people with so much to lose as Hill continue to engage in shameless acts such as this.
