The professional life of Jordan Spieth
Spieth enrolled in a university in Texas after graduating in 2011 from Jesuit College Preparatory School. He was a really accomplished amateur. Spieth won the US Junior Amateur in 2009 at Trump National Bedminster and again in 2011 at Gold Mountain.
He joined Tiger Woods as the only other player to have won the US Junior Amateur twice. He even attained No. 1 in the AJGA Golf Rankings. In 2008 and 2009, Jordan Spieth placed second at the Junior PGA Championship. Later that year, he was voted the Rolex Junior Player of the Year.
