Former Cowboys star Michael Irvin has landed a new job after he was kicked out of NFL Network following harassment allegations leveled against him by a Marriott employee.
Irvin has now joined FS1’s ‘Undisputed‘. Congratulations to him!
Michael Irvin’s TV limbo has apparently come to an end.
According to John Ourand of Sports Business Journal, Irvin agreed to a deal on Monday to join the rotating cast of FS1’s Undisputed.
Ourand added that Irvin had been in talks to join Undisputed for some time and was “close” to a deal last week, but talks “cooled” over the weekend before the agreement was reached on Monday.
The 57-year-old had previously worked as an analyst for ESPN and most recently in the same role for NFL Network.

Things came to a halt because of a harassment lawsuit that has had him off television since just before the Super Bowl this past February. Irvin has been left off broadcasts by the network since an alleged Super Bowl week incident in which a Marriott employee claimed Irvin had an inappropriate interaction with her in the lobby of the Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel.
Irvin did not take part in any subsequent Super Bowl coverage following the complaint, and has maintained his innocence ever since. Lobby footage showed Irvin shaking hands with the woman twice and then touching her arm on two separate occasions.
Irvin filed a $100 million lawsuit against Marriott for defamation.
When a door shuts, another one will definitely open and that is the case of Michael Irvin after he was suspended by NFL Network a few months ago. This is what allegations can do to your career if you aren’t cautious with how you carry yourself.
The NFL Network either needs to let him go entirely or let him be completely free. Their handling of this has been absurd.
