Former employee discusses working for Adam Silver
On Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram alone, the NBA has more than 160 million followers! While it is undeniable that they require a sizable personnel to manage these enormous pages, it appears as though the staff is overworked.
Recently, a former employee took Facebook by storm. The individual admitted they were regularly overworked while they were still linked into the company account. They put in more than 14 hours a day of labor for a meagre annual income of less than $50,000. Before three months, the employees are not eligible for health insurance.

Bad timing for Silver as he works to solve the Ja Morant case
The NBA community is really surprised by this. Given that this was placed on the NBA’s official Facebook page, a sizable audience will see it. Adam Silver and the league will undoubtedly suffer in terms of their standing as the organization that sets the bar for other sports leagues.
Ja Morant of the Memphis Grizzlies is the poster child for how social media can damage an athlete’s reputation. The 2022 Most Improved Player has been penalized with a 25-game suspension for repeated instances of conduct violations.
The 24-year-old has allegedly displayed a gun while going live on social media more than once. This led Silver, who had initially suspended him for 8 games last season, to decide to suspend him for 25. While a lot of people have praised Silver for his choice, the commissioner has come under fire on social media for being overly strict.
