In the $1 billion structure that is Allegiant Stadium, there are numerous windows. In other words, if spectators are sitting in the proper location, they may watch cars on the highway immediately outside the stadium.
Fans were inside the stadium about an hour or so before Sunday Night Football, and many of them could see black smoke coming from a car that was on fire on the highway just outside the stadium.

Jimmy Garropolo who played last 6 seasons with the 49ers , had signed as a free agent with Raiders. With a season high of just 200 yards, he has thrown 385 yards this season. Meanwhile Kenny Picket of Steelers, has completed 60.5 % of his passes for 454 yards.
