What Davante Adams’ Had To Say To Vegas Raiders Teammates Following Their 23-18 Loss To The Pittsburgh Steelers

Davante Adams had this to say to the Vegas Raiders’ teammates following their 23-18 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers and his message was simple, “I don’t got time to wait around”! This is Adams’ full message to the rest of his teammates following their loss.

“I don’t got time to wait around. … It’s not a personal thing,” Adams said after the loss. “I mean it is a personal thing, but it ain’t just about me. It’s not my mentality to sit here and try to take all season to figure it out. You use these early games like this to establish our identity. We’re not doing the things the right way to establish a winning culture early in the season, so we gotta do something to turn that around.”

From the message, you could see Davante Adams wasn’t happy about the defeat and had to hit the nail right on the head.

Davante Adams’ message to the rest of his Las Vegas Raiders teammates was as clear as day.

The Raiders’ wide receiver didn’t mince his words after Vegas’ 23-18 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Adams had 13 catches for 172 yards and two touchdowns, but it wasn’t enough to help the Raiders.

The lack of consistency over the first three weeks of the season finally wore the receiver down.

The Raiders are 1-2 after the first three games of the season and they’ll have to figure out what’s been ailing them before they face the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday.

But Adams was sick and tired of hearing all the talk going into the game, he’s looking for his teammates to step it up and back up their words.

“It’s not supposed to just be a week of talking about s–t,” Adams said. “We’ve got to go out there and do it. That’s the theme of this year is doing it. Not just talking about it and figuring out what we need to do. We did all that last year. This year we gotta be about it.”

The Raiders struggled to maintain possession of the ball during “Sunday Night Football” and quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo threw three interceptions against the Steelers, which likely didn’t help Las Vegas’ cause as they headed into the fourth quarter down 23-7.

Davante Adams wants the rest of his teammates at the Vegas Raiders to up their game and walk the talk as it’s always been about talking with nothing happening.
