As much of tonight’s Sunday Night Football show as Taylor Swift’s participation has been, the NBC crew truly treated the pop star and her new companion poorly after Patrick Mahomes‘ interception.
Even NBC understood it was a bad idea to show Swift with Brittany Mahomes following a Patrick Mahomes interception, which is why they cut away less than a second later. NBC is obviously attempting to get Taylor on screen as frequently as possible.

They didn’t intend to show the couple at that particular time, something tells me. Someone made a serious error.
Taylor and Brittany haven’t had much reason to celebrate so far this week because the Jets astonished everyone by competing closely with the defending champions, surprising both the Chiefs and everyone else.
Tonight, Taylor Swift was accompanied by a large group of celebrities, including Sabrina Carpenter, Hugh Jackman, Blake Lively, and Ryan Reynolds.
